The first thing I'd like to put down on this blog site is this statement: anything written on a blog/chatroom/messenger online is as valid as anything you say in the, er, "real world".
That being said let's discuss my first question, "why" does "who" make "what" music? Said another way: what is inspiration?

Linguistically, I would say that, since the word technically means "to breathe into," then inspiration would enter into humanity from an outside source.
Philosophically, we know there must necessarily exist an Uncaused First Cause, from whom all being originates. To say that something can exist outside of the Uncaused First Cause is to imply that he/she/it is somehow lacking something. But this would be self-refuting because the Uncaused First Cause would no longer be the FIRST Cause. Ergo, it follows that all inspiration--anything created--must have its origin in the Uncaused First Cause, whom we call GOD.
Therefore, GOD is the source of all music.
I would concer with Philospoh, Lately I have been toying with the idea that "God sings to us" that may sound a little cheesy but after reacing the first comment I must say that my most inspired moments are when I get that feeling in my inner ear that God is sing me a song. Sometimes its something that i am already working on, other times it is something that I may/may not know. Other times it is just around me the noises that I hear, and I feel like I hear him singing
